Counting production and transit together, most orders arrive about 4-5 weeks after you place them.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Shipping is free, and all duties and import taxes are covered by us — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your clock ships.
How does the alarm work?
At your set alarm time, the engine roars to life instantly at full volume — no gradual build, just an immediate race car engine scream. Body lights flash, the car vibrates like it's straining at the start line, and exhaust flames pop from the rear outlet. One firm palm tap on top of the car stops everything instantly.
Which car is right for me?
Pick the livery you love most. Every version works identically — same mechanism, same volume, same experience. Only the livery changes.
How loud is it?
Loud enough to wake you up. The engine sound replicates a real race car startup — high-pitched, aggressive, and impossible to sleep through. If you are a light sleeper, consider yourself warned.
When will my order ship?
Production takes 2-3 weeks. Your clock is assembled, wired, and sound-tested by hand, then checked once more before it's boxed. We'll email you a tracking number the moment it leaves us.
Why does it take 4-5 weeks?
Because we don't keep finished stock. Production starts the moment you order and takes 2-3 weeks. Shipping adds 6-8 business days to the US and 5-8 business days to the UK and Europe. The clock you order is the clock we build.
What is your refund policy?
You have 30 days from the day your clock arrives to send it back. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, so please keep the box. Email support@racecarclock.com and we'll reply with the return address. If your clock arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and you choose between a free replacement and a full refund.
What power source does it use?
The clock connects via USB for power. A USB cable is included in the box.
Can I set any alarm time?
Yes. The alarm time is fully adjustable to whatever time you need.
